New Release: AMANDA IN SPAIN by Darlene Foster

Happy New Year! What an interesting year 2010 was for us here at ireadiwrite Publishing and we’re looking forward to an adventurous 2011.

What better way to start the adventure than with the second book in our Amanda series. Darlene Foster has crafted a wonderful story of Canadian twelve year old Amanda Ross and her British friend Leah, who previously found themselves in the UAE chasing after a mysterious princess. This time, they’re in Spain, with a girl who looks just like girl in a famous painting chasing after them!

Darlene is a wonderful writer and she’s been a valuable addition to our group of very talented writers. We’re pleased to release this highly anticipated book and we hope you’ll support her – there’s a tween in all of our lives who’d love this story.

Amanda Jane Ross is certainly becoming a world traveler; she’s found herself in Spain on vacation with her friend Leah and her parents. Strangely, she’s encountered a mysterious young girl who looks eerily like the girl in a famous painting in the museum in Madrid. Even stranger is that this girl keeps showing up wherever Amanda finds herself – Madrid, the remote mountains of rural Spain, the beaches on the Mediterranean Sea and in the big city of Barcelona. Amanda wants to help this girl, but Leah is scared to do too much given the fact that they’ve just found out that a mean horse-dealer is trying to get to this girl and her beautiful pony.

Come with Amanda as she tries to unravel the mystery behind this sweet young girl and her beloved pony as they trek across Spain.
